Terms and Conditions of Safariyo Tours and Travel

Welcome to Safariyo Tours and Travel! Before booking your adventure with us, please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking and Payment:

• All bookings are subject to availability.
• Full payment should be done on the day of booking .
• Payments can be made via [credit/ Debit and UPI ].

2. Cancellation and Refunds:

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to departure will incur a 15% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of departure are non-refundable.
• No refunds will be issued for unused services once the tour has commenced.
• Safariyo reserves the right to cancel any tour prior to departure for reasons including insufficient bookings or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

3. Travel Documents:

• It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and any other required documentation for all destinations on their itinerary.
• Safariyo is not liable for any issues arising from incomplete or incorrect travel documents.

4. Health and Insurance:

• Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to travel.
• It is strongly recommended to obtain travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, and personal liability.

5. Itinerary Changes:

• Safariyo reserves the right to alter itineraries due to weather, road conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Every effort will be made to provide comparable alternatives.

6. Responsibility:

• Safariyo acts only as an agent for the suppliers of travel services and assumes no liability for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity which may be occasioned by reason of any defect in any vehicle, or through the acts of default of any company or person engaged in carrying out the arrangements of the tour.
• Safariyo is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by travelers as a result of such events.

7. Conduct:

• Safariyo reserves the right to refuse service to travelers who are disruptive, abusive, or fail to comply with local laws and customs.

8. Photography and Marketing:

• By participating in our tours, you consent to Safariyo using any photographs or videos taken during the tour for promotional purposes.

9. Complaints:

• Any complaints regarding your tour should be brought to the attention of Safariyo's tour leader or representative as soon as possible so that efforts can be made to rectify the issue.

10. Jurisdiction:

• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [jurisdiction]. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [jurisdiction].
