Safariyo Cancellation Policy
At Safariyo, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our business operations. Please read the following cancellation terms carefully:
Cancellation by Participants:
- Cancellations made one month before the booked date will incur a 15% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made 15 to 30 days before the departure date will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made 7 to 15 days before the departure date will incur a 35% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made within a week of departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- No-shows without prior information will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Specific cancellation fees may vary depending on the tour package booked. Please refer to your booking confirmation for details.
Cancellation by Safariyo:
We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to insufficient participation, adverse weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered an alternative tour date or a full refund.
Refunds:
- Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 7 business days from the date of the cancellation request.
- Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the booking.
Exceptions:
In certain cases, such as medical emergencies or other extenuating circumstances, we may consider exceptions to our cancellation policy. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation.
Booking Changes:
Changes to bookings, including date changes or substitutions, may be accommodated subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
By booking a tour with Safariyo Tours and Travel, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to our cancellation policy.
