Mode of transportation: The vehicle will be provided according to feasibility or availability of transport. Transportation will be provided for sightseeing, shopping, and dinner. Additional charges may apply if you wish to explore places not included in your customized itinerary.

Pickup/ Drop: Changes in arrival or departure times must be communicated in advance to the designated Point of Contact (POC) to adjust the itinerary. Early arrivals/departures may incur additional charges.

Instruction: The Instructions to be followed according to Client’s customized Itinerary, the clients are requested to be ready before the mentioned schedule otherwise things may get difficult to manage and you may miss out on the planned sightseeing.

Medical History: Any Condition or Health issues are to be communicated before your Arrival with the respected POC for a proper execution of your and your loved ones Journey.

Safariyo Tours and Travel reserves the right to cancel or modify tours due to insufficient participation, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, every effort will be made to provide alternative arrangements or refunds where applicable.
