Cancellation Policy:

At Safariyo, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our business operations. Please read the following cancellation terms carefully:

Cancellation by Participants:
  • Cancellations made one month before the booked date will incur a 15% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made between 15 to 30 days before the departure date will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made less than 15 to 7 days before the departure date will incur 35% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellation made a week before the departure will incur 50% cancellation fee.
  • No-shows without prior information will incur 100% cancellation fee.
  • Specific cancellation fees may vary depending on the tour package booked. Please refer to your booking confirmation for details.
    Cancellation by Safariyo:
    • We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to insufficient participation, adverse weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered an alternative tour date or a full refund.
    Refunds:
    • Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 7 business days from the date of cancellation request.
    • Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the booking.
    Exceptions:
    • In certain cases, such as medical emergencies or other extenuating circumstances, we may consider exceptions to our cancellation policy. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation.
    Booking Changes:
    • Changes to bookings, including date changes or substitutions, may be accommodated subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

    By booking a tour with Safariyo Tours and Travel, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to our cancellation policy.
